Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, here's how our return policy works:

Return Window

  • EU/UK Customers: 14 days from delivery
  • All Other Countries: 14 days from delivery

Eligible Returns We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong items sent
  • Items significantly different from description

Non-Eligible Returns Due to international shipping logistics, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (unless you're in the EU/UK - see below)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging and tags

EU/UK Customer Rights If you're in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to return items within 14 days for any reason. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, which may be substantial for international returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping
  • Change of Mind Returns (EU/UK): Customer pays return shipping
  • Return shipping to international addresses may cost $15-$40 USD

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@gr8est.store within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include photos if the item is defective or damaged
  4. We'll provide return instructions and address within 2 business days

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Alternative Options We're happy to offer:

  • Store Credit: Receive 110% of your order value as store credit (no return shipping needed for non-defective items)
  • Exchange: We'll send a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Partial Refund: For minor defects, we may offer a partial refund so you can keep the item

Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns to cover international shipping and processing costs.

Processing Time Please allow:

  • 2-3 weeks for returns from North America
  • 3-4 weeks for returns from Europe
  • 4-6 weeks for returns from other regions
